Strengthening Planning Programming Budgeting Systems to Enhance Service Delivery, Improve Performance, and Increase Citizens' Participation in Policy Making
The Ministry of Finance of Timor-Leste visited the Philippines to participate in the B-CoP Study Visit hosted by the Philippine Department of Budget and Management. The Study Visit was held under the theme "Strengthening Planning Programming Budgeting Systems to Enhance Service Delivery, Improve Performance, and Increase Citizens' Participation in Policy Making." During the three-day event, the participants delved deeper into topics of budgeting, fiscal planning, performance-informed budgeting and program expenditure classification, budget preparation, budget execution, budget accountability, and others.
