PEMNA brings together 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region to work together toward a shared vision, building stronger national budget and treasury systems. Officials from the 14 member countries are the core members of our community. They participate in activities that are designed to help individual officials to fully understand the attributes of a sound public financial management (PFM) system, how they have been developed in other countries, and how those experiences can be applied in their own country.
