The Public Expenditure Management Network in Asia (PEMNA) was established in June 2012 following the Technical Launch Workshop held on June 7-8, 2012 in Bangkok, Thailand. Encouraging candid exchanges of knowledge and experience in managing PFM systems, PEMNA provides valuable insights on navigating the path to reform. The network offers annual plenary conferences, meetings, study visits, etc. for PFM professionals to dialogue with peers who face similar issues.
